2. Student Program App & Account Security

If you are granted access to our secured program app (e.g., as a student, faculty member, or tour staff):

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (managed via Clerk). You may not share your account or login link with anyone else.
  • Emergency Information Disclaimer: The emergency contact features and "Quick Actions" in our app are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. In a true life-threatening emergency, you must always contact local emergency services (e.g., 112 in Europe, 911 in the US) directly. We do not guarantee the immediate availability or real-time accuracy of emergency data in the app.
  • Itinerary Accuracy: While we strive to keep the itinerary accurate, schedules may change due to weather, local conditions, or other factors. Always follow the instructions of your Tour Manager or Faculty.
  • University Policies: Your use of the app during a study abroad program is also subject to your university's Code of Conduct and travel policies.

3. Photo and Media Consent

By participating in our programs, you may be photographed or recorded. While these Terms govern your use of the software, we will seek separate, explicit consent (either directly or via your university) for the use of your likeness in our marketing or social media materials. You may opt out of marketing photo use at any time by contacting us.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Transmitting any harmful, unlawful, or malicious code or content.
